Take a pair of knee high stockings & fill them about half way with kitty litter, tie off the tops, put them in the shoes while you are not wearing them. Spray both feet & shoes with foot spray before each wearing. Works for me!

Nothing that will help long term... get new shoes and let them air out every day without putting them back on. The smelly shoes are caused by a bacteria that grows when you have sweaty feet in them. So it's important that if you use shoes for sports that you wear them while playing that sport and then take them off and let them air dry the rest of the time.

Sprinkle with Baking Soda at night. and let them air out as much as possible. I know this is a pain but it REALLY helps to change your socks thru out the day. Keeps things dry.
You might try sprinkling something (baby powder? or baking soda? in you sock before you put them on.

I used to use regular spray on underarm deodorant. The best way to prevent it to start with is to always were clean, dry socks. Shoe stink is nothing but sweat that has built up in your shoes. That is why deodorant works good.

First, send them through the washer. Be sure they dry completely. Then use a good foot spray inside. When you take them off, give them a shot of the foot spray. It worked for my son's stinky shoes, and they were bad! He could empty a room lol...

Sprinkle baking Soda in them. Also try to place them outdoors in the sun for a few hours.

febreeze only tries to hide up smells with yet another smell. attempt baking soda and toddler potential mixture. They both will adsorb oder and the toddler powder will upload a faint good smell. yet i'd recommend first that you wash them no matter if it really is conceivable , and then dry them extremely properly with the baking soda and toddler powder mixture in them.

a pocket of kitty litter (get the multi-cats type). You could also try washing them. Chances are you also have lots of rough dry skin on the bottoms of your feet...you need to exfoliate, use athletes foot spray if necessary and always wear cotton socks.
