I know that as a female, I learned alot about both through the Time Life Series of Books on Home Maintenance. My Dad, who was a plumber gave me the books and when I used them they saved me a lot of Money. As for being in Spanish, that could be found through a search on the Internet. Maybe a call to Barnes & noble would be a good start.

If you can read and follow directions you can learn almost anything. If you need instructions in Spanish, I suggest going on line to Amoazon and look for home repair information books in Spanish. Barnes & Noble on line may help as well.
