That's a completely subjective question, but in my opinion--and what I've heard so far--Blixa Bargeld is a really creative dude. Ratatat is great, too...he writes, produces, and plays all of his music (except for bass, which he doesn't play). Aphex Twin is amazing. But I don't think there is a single best musician or singer...like I said, it's completely subjective.

well personally i think the best band in the world is Green Day. i dont just mean American Idiot Era, because they have had more than that CD. i love the fact that they've stayed true to what they believe, and not trying to fit in with everyone else. so my favorite band is Green Day.
