I don't want to offend anybody by any means, but I am a feminine lesbian, and I wanted to know how the more butch lesbians identify themselves? Is it any different? How do you specifically approach feminine women?

As a butch woman myself, I identify myself as a butch woman. I know that I am a woman, but I also know that I think more like a man i.e wanting to protect my woman and wanting to make her happy.

I think butches and femmes are very different. I don't notice things like purses and makeup but they do. Approaching a femme woman is actually pretty hard.

There are alot of femme women that don't like butches/studs. So you always have to be careful when you approach a femme.

I don't think femmes know how nerve wracking it is to come up to them and talk to them. Or maybe they do know and like to see us sweat :-)
