High pile fabrics are usually fabrics like fleece. They sometimes require brushing to restore appearance. Your best bet ... call a cleaners and ask before you actually bring it in. Maybe its something you can do on your own. What kind of fabric is the jacket? Maybe that will help you figure out what kind of cleaning process is appropriate.

Put it in a huge pile of your other dirties on the lawn the hose down liberally!!!!

this is one reason im glad im a guy...all my clothes can be washed together...whites with blue jeans? sure why not.

my g/f has all kinds of clothes that require special attention. unfortunately, im not familliar with this one...

it prolly means take it to the cleaners...
