my favorite one would have to be the one where the guy follows the lady down the deserted road, flashing his headlights. she thinks he's nuts, and going to hurt her. so when she pulls into her own driveway, she confronts him as he gets out of his car. he tells her then that everytime he flashed his lights, it was to keep a guy w/a knife from stabbing her. sure enough, she checked her back seat, and there, crouched down, was a guy w/a knife.
or, the other one is the guy that picks up a lady alongside a cemetary. she tells him she just wants to go home. she tells him where she lives, and when he arrives, she's gone. turns out, lots of ppl had picked her up, bc she was the ghost of a girl who had died some years before, and was buried at that cemetary. she had never made it home. the house she is asking to be taken to is her parent's house. in alot of the versions they still live there.
another favorite is the call coming from a killer inside the house. it was turned into the movie 'when a stranger calls'.

I don't have a fave, but the movie covered quite a few fairly well. I'm surprised no one thought of making a movie about urban legends before. I really like the one about the girl who stops for gas, and the stuttering gas station attendent tries to get her to come into the station office on the ruse that her credit card was denied, but she gets frightened by him and drives off, and he yells after her that there is someone hiding in her back seat. Chill City just now as I typed this.

I would have to say Bloody Mary. I remember being in elementary school and going into the bathroom with my friends to see if it worked. Of course we always got freaked out and never did the "ritual" the way it was supposed to be done. After that I was scared to be in a room with the lights out because I thought I might see her.

I love the one about the middle school kid that kept asking ridiculous questions on "Yahoo Answers" (not you) and everything they asked a question about came true.
