I'm almost positive this isn't what you're looking for, but it is similar, and it's certainly amusing: The Capitol Steps' "Who'll drop a bomb on Saddam Saddam Saddam" from their 1990 (yes, Iraq War I; remember that?) album Sheik, Rattle and Roll. They play it in concert all the time, it's great. But it doesn't have the dumb stuff at the end about the flag or anything like that; it's just a good political-stupidity song.

Hello dear!
Why should we think of that?
We attack against a person we established in Iraq and now have killed hundreds of thousands, more are dying, and we just got our child (Saddam) out of there (to protect him) and give him the luxury of our protection! In this time, we are making songs to brainwash ourselves!!!!
