It didn't affect anyone in our family and we all had boats. In fact I have heard Mom and 2 of my aunts say it was actually relaxing for them, especially if they slept all night on the boat.
As long as you are not out there is a speed boat racing, you should be fine. And please wear a life jacket!!!

The only affect I can see is that when you are pregnant, it's very normal for your equilibrium, or center of gravity, to be kinda screwy, and if you are experiencing any morning sickness, the rocking of a boat might worsen it. Other than that, wear a life jacket, don't do any water skiing, or some such silly thing, enjoy a day on the lake, or river, or wherever it is you are boating.

nah, youre fine. Just dont over heat and stay hydrated. You cannot take motion sickness medication when youre pregnant, so if you get sea sick you will have to use another meathod. Such as those wrist bands that keep pressure on pressure points to relieve sickness.

Social circumstances permitting - it has been known to cause or, at least, facilitate it.
