FOR A DISTANCE KILL - The main artery in the neck, it's cruel and visicious, you can see the spray comming out and the body drop to the floor in about 5-10 seconds. Brutal, but effective and you can see the death ACTUALLY happening.
FOR A CLOSE UP KILL - A small knife to the back of the skull, short, sharp, painfull at first, but less blood on me to get caught with and still an accomplished kill!

In the absence of instruction from one's client, a clean kill is less prone to failure. ie heart or head depending on range, weapon and likelihood of target wearing body armour.
