Are you sick of the violent culture in which we live? I am totally fed up watching my back every time I go out! I am worried of the effect it is having on my family, is there anything we can do to make this less of an ISSUE?

I used to live in Tollcross. Some hints and tips for surviving are Don't get public transport after 6pm. Don't go out on a match day! Don't wear blue, green or orange!!!! Baracade your doors on sat night at pub closing!!! Don't look at anyone with a baseball cap at a tilt in the eye!!!
If you are in a council property state that you want to be moved as you don't feel safe. It will take a while. If you own or rent MOVE and fast!!!

I live in kelvinbridge just round corner from where that guy was slashed and I thought this was a nicer area but violence happens everywhere nowadays and there seems to a be total lack of any community values or even basic manners if everyone thought way you did this world would be agreat place to live

I do and if you look at the UK statistics Glasgow is not as bad as other places. Lanarkshire has highest violent crime rate per head in Scotland (even Aberdeen is higher). You should count your blessings living in the dear green place!

No. But we had our honney moon there and we are still married. The whole world is violent these days...

move to edinburgh its just been voted best place to live in britain.east end of glasgow thats rough no wonder your watchin your back
