you should drink a lot of water evey day u should buy a bottle of water and carryy it w/t you eat a lot of fruits and salad drink chocolate soy milk and food that are ruduced low fat yogurts........

eat lots of fruits and vegetables (lettuce, tomatos, dark leafy greens, beans, peas, broccoli - but not alot of potatos), some chicken, fish, etc.
Stay away from fast food.
Flour based products, bread, pasta, etc., are okay now, but when you get into your 20's slow down. Try to go whole grain.

5 cups of vegitables, 3 cups of milk, 12 loafs of bread, 3 cups of fruit, and 7oz of meat (if u worry about fat, then eat bean product instead)
