LA vs STL - Dodgers are hottest team coming into post season, 3-1
LA vs NYM - With a suddenly better pitching staff, I think the Dodgers will surprise everyone and make it to the Series. 4-2
I think the Tigers will continue to stumble and the Twins get their division.
Min vs Oak - Oakland's top three projected post season starters (Zito, Harden and Haren) have a combined total of 2 earned runs vs Minnesota. 0-3!
Yankees vs Detroit - Yankees are just too strong, even with their only above average pitching. 3-1
Oakland vs Yankees - Oakland has won the season series 6-3. Pitching wins championships, Oakland finally make the series again. 4-3
Oakland vs LA - Pitching vs pitching... most improved player vs most improved player
I think Oakland has a slightly better offense than the Dodgers, but the Dodgers are really hot. Could be a good series.

I agree...a subway series.
I am rooting for both New York teams to be in the World Series as I will be posting the score during the World Series between the New York Mets and the New York Yankees to make certain Usama bin Laden sees how things are going.
In my blog, I invited bin Laden to the games as we all know of bin Laden's fondness for New York and the New Yorkers feel the same way toward bin Laden.
So, if Usama is on yahoo answers, the people of New York will love to get together with bin Laden and discuss the Yankees pitching rotation and the Mets offensive strategy. And, also, bin Laden and his closest friends will love the hot dogs, munchies and beer.
I predict the N.Y. Mets will take the World Series as many Islamic fundamentalists will be yelling...Yankee go home!
And, who will win...the people of New York.
