to elaborate on the best answer back then (urine):
do you also have black elongated pellets, about a quarter of an inch long? this is, even though they tend to take in their mouth to recover some vitamins (B) from it, before discarding it, the hamster's faeces; and the brown liquid the urine, indeed.

that's maximum likely diahorea, you should search for suggestion from a vet or the keep you got the hamster from about its nutrition plan. also it could be via cage being dirty, so the hamsters well being willl struggle through
