Get pictures (originals or reprints) from your entire life.
ORganize them chronologically in a photo album.
At the end of the album, write a little note or poem telling your mom how much you appreciate everything she has done for you.

You should get her chicken soup for mothers soul one or two if you have not gotten her it! It made my mom cry or the book why a daughter needs a mom or something like that! You could also make a scrap book or go and get your pictures proffesionaly taken and give it to her! Hope this helps
