I don't think she sees Studman as much as she does other women.

She's currently taking a cross country tour with her best friend Gail (who she gave a million dollars a while ago so she too could be a millionaire) not Stedman (who is already a multmillionaire). She and Gail have been friends for 30 years and talk everyday for at least one hour., She and Stedman have been dating for 20 years. Whenever you see him and Oprah, like at Oprah's birthday party, Gail is on one arm and Oprah on the other. I don't care how good a friend she is, I wouldn't want a third leg every time I'm with my man. Gail is editor of her magazine "O" and is now a member of Oprah's new radio show "Oprah and friends." She rarely if ever mentions Stedman. Yes I think she is gay but isn't ready to jeopardize her billionaire status by alienating her strong female base. But in the end it doesn't matter; I still think she is a great humanitarian and human as is Stedman and Gail.

actually, I think because of the sexual abuse she endured as a child, she has developed a preference for asexuality versus homosexuality
a woman can easily come to feel that men and sex just aren't worth the trouble and abuse (physical and emotional) particularly after being abused as a child and if adult relationships just reinforce that women aren't valuable to men or society
I think she may prefe the company of people she doesn't have to contemplate sexually, or be on guard against
men like you, for example

No I do not think she is gay. I think she is just a very secure woman who has a healthy "private" relationship with Stedman.
