some believe the soul, in it's absolute divine state has two entities: the male and the female. upon it's entry into earthly existence it splits, into each of its prospective vessels, the male and the female. this is the idealogy behind the search for the soul mate, and that there is only one for each. whether you believe it or not is a matter of personal choice.

this however does not offer explanation for soul mates being found between friends of the same sex, or friends of the opposite sex who are not lovers. so who knows? your soul mate can be whomever and whatever you so desire it to be. so the answer to the question for me would be yes, i have many....

The soul is like the heart. It can go in many directions and find peace with many different things. Why must there only be ONE. I find that my best experiences are when I can share my soul with someone and if it doesn't work out....move on. But I have a piece of them and they have a piece of me.

Oh there you are again with another one of your good questions. My soul mate is my husband. There is hardly anything else on here worth answering right now.

No....I don't believe in soul mates. I think it's more what type of person we get alone with and can put up with for years and years.

HA! I have one, but where is he? I have not kissed a true prince yet, but I'm not going to give up. It's just a matter of right place and time, and I haven't yet been at the right place and time. I hope to meet him soon, as I'm over 30.

Yes, I finally found him and married him at the age of 42.

It is my second marriage. My first was a nightmare of anger and...let's just leave it at that, but I have three great kids from those years.

My soul mate is not my husband. He's great and I love him, but he's not my soul mate. My soul mate is a friend.
