The dust in my house is terrible. I need something that I can dust
with and use on tv screens, etc. Also, something that I can use for
my laptop? It acts like a dust magnet as does everything else in
my house.

I use Static Guard, which can be purchased at grocery stores/walmart/dollar stores. It states on the container...Instantly Eliminates Static Cling.

I don't know about a spray but there is an anti static cloth you can get that works really well .
They come in packs of ten use a few times and through away'
Also when I've been stuck I just use a dryer sheet to dust with works good hope this helps

Here in Kentucky USA, I can buy a can of electronics cleaner which helps dust and static on tv's, laptops, etc. at Walmart and Office Depot ( an office supply store that sells laptops) Try looking at office supply stores and stores that sell computers.

Yes, there is. They sell it for ladies to spray on their slip so the darn thing doesn't ride up. Doesn't work real well for that, but it's some help. Should also help with the cleaning problems you mentioned.

there is static spray for clothes, but scotch-guard works well,
