I just bought blue damsels, and I have always had freshwater. Is it the same way to introduce? If not, how do you do it?

This site explains it well. You have to be more carefull with a saltwater aquarium as differences with salitnity can cause shock wich will lead to sickness. Treating any sickness in a saltwater tank is extremely dangerous as it will kill live rock and all invertibrates.

Float the bag in the water for 20 minutes to equalize the salinity. Then take the fish out with a net and add it to your tank. Do not dump in the water from the bag. You never know what you may be transmitting into your tank and you definatley don't want an unknown parasite.

float the bag in the aquarium to equalize the temperature. you then have to slowly equalize the salinity of the water. Open the bag (turn down the bag so it floats in the water) slowly add some of your aquarium water to the bag (about 10% of the bags volume of water) every 10 minutes until you have doubled the volume of water in the bag. Damsels are tough as nails and a good fish to start with.
