Does present age count ? LOL
I have found awkward stages throughout my entire life, and I am 50 now. I guess the absolute worst would have been like most between 13 - 19

Being diagnosed with a form of autism known as Asperger's Syndrome, I have always been a little "awkward". Not understanding social interactions, being clumsy on my feet, not knowing my own strength and worrying too much about misunderstandings and how others may perceive me. I have improved, but I'd say my worst was between the ages of 13 and 22 perhaps.

Depends what you mean by "awkward."
I was definitely shy and horribly self-conscious from 13 to about 15. Getting involved in school drama productions, public-speaking contests, and a folksinging group (hey, it was the 1970s!) helped me overcome that.
