It's the country music capital of the world, and a lot of Christian music is produced there.

I don't know which is the worst, but I think Santa Barbara is the best.
It's beautiful, has strict zoning laws so there are very few unsightly buildings, no slums, and the people are nice. I don't want everyone to move there, though.

Detroit is by far the worst (bad weather ,Very High Crime, Pollution). The best I would say is Tampa
