According to the Neilson Company *There are an estimated 110.2 million television households in the USA. A single ratings point represents 1%, or 1,102,000 households for the 2005-06 season. Share is the percentage of television sets in use tuned to a specific program. They have scanners attached to tv sets in some homes. I have never been approached by the company.

Much of the ratings system still consists of the completion by viewers of ratings diaries, in which a viewer records his or her viewing habits, generally for a week, in exchange for being advanced a nominal fee.

Through the ACNeilson Families. They connect a scanner to their TV sets. I am a ACNeilson panalist for computers. I have a scanner connected to my PC and once a week it transmits all the websites I have visited. It's fun!

They have special monitors which they implant into your brain via the remote control. You must destroy the remote or put it in a bag and bury it to break the cycle of control they have over you. Do it quickly or you wll be doomed
