you understand what. for me the perfect cooling equipment for a computer is a fan fairly than a liquid Fan can ventilate your computer without using lot of skill and that's low value upkeep even as liquid is way properly effective for cooling a computer at everywhere yet lot of draw back are happening with the liquid cooling like : leak on pipes, clogged tubes and and so on. and extremely intense upkeep needed unlike fan cooling equipment..
