if so how can one explain the largest population in the world?

That is just a characteristic of the Asian race. It has nothing to do with testosterone.

Some traits are selected for & others against in different parts of the world. Hairy guys got more women in the West, less in the East. Culture affects the development of physcal traits over the very long term

There is also another factor: genetic drive. Gene expression may change over time by a mechanism which operates independently of natural selection. (as seen in the gigantism of many island species - in the absence of selection pressure either way, their may be a change any way - genetic drive. This idea is > 20 years old - I don't know what geneticists say about it today. )

Not necessarily. Low facial hair is just a trait developed by men living in some parts of the world.

They have low testosterone. This doesn't mean there impotent.
