I agree. I think for the most part, they don't even make decisions anymore, that's left to their politicians. So get rid of them already.

A lot of the European monarchs aren't even in charge anymore. Take Queen Elizabeth. She's just a figurehead, she's still queen because England has had a monarch forever and its become a tradition, they don't have the power that they used to. People love the Queen and so she remains. Just because a monarch exists in the country doesn't necessarily mean that the monarch actually has governmental power.

You are just jealous as you dont have any Kings and Queens in the USA. I like our Queen Lizzie ! , Lady Diana was lovely and Charles is a bit goofy but what the heck, they do great things for our country. I dont know anything too much about other European Royals, except whats his name in Monaco and King Juan Carlos in Spain.
