Remember!!

Once you have your make up looking the way you want it the last step is to powder it to set it. Most make up is oil based, which means it will not dry. If you rub it, it will rub off or it will sweat off. So if you powder your make up it absorbs the oil out of the make up and sets it. (Not powdering is the most common mistake, a make up job that probably looked great when someone left the house turns into a ball of muck the first time they break a sweat, or scratch their face) This may fade the make up a bit, but if you pat it with a wet sponge or towel the colors will return to their original state. If you had the money and resources you could go and get some expensive talc and some fancy powder puff or powder brush, but just take some baby powder and dump it into a sock and tie the end of it off. Then all you have to do is pat it lightly over your face.

Use bright colors! Also depending on the colors on ur costume. For eyeshadow u should try a solid color, like pink, and then put the same color over it, but in glitter or sparkle form. Do the same thing for your face and lips as well....just dont do too much sparkle and glitter or u will look trashy.

get a green eyeshadow palette combination.
they come in about 3 or 4 different shades of green ranging from very light green to forest green.
they have them at alot of the stores that sell make-up.
then, you can get loose glitter... i have wet n' wild loose glitter, and it works very well and looks pretty. put that over the shadow.
have fun and good luck! im sure u'll look great :]

but yeah, i agree with the previous poster. Go to Claires or the Icing. They have they crystal tattoo designs, think Qwen Stephani at the MTV music awards a few years back with the blue dots over her eyebrows. This is the simplist way to get a professional look. Get two designs and apply them to either side of the eye, then add some eyeshadow in that same color or even a contrasting color.heres some examples of the crystal tattoo things:

Find some of the body design "tattoos". They have them at places like Claires. It's a glittery "sticker" that just looks sparkly in fun designs and swirly lines. you could try arranging them in a pretty way on your face.

get some glitter jell, and put on sparkly eye shadow, and make your makeup bright-but not too bright. pinkish red lip gloss might work. put some pretty nail polish if you can too.

Put glitter all over your face and put pink eye shadow and pink lip gloss.
