I had my IUD removed in early July, and used it for 3 years. During that time I didn't have periods..After the removal I had my period in July 20th , then Aug.22th , now it is going to get really confusing. I was supposed to have my period on the 24th, just before that my tem. shifted and gave me ovulation signals which I thought i already ovulated 2 weeks before that . Now i still haven't got my period , and took PG and am not pregnant either . So what is going on ?

I would give it 3-6 months to work out, each month counting the number of days from the beginning of your first period to the beginning of your next period..........you may not be a typical 28 day cycle? Each person is different cycles can run for 20-35 days.
Your temp. elevation is a sign of post-ovulation when L.H. surges. The temp. elevation is just and indicator that the uterine lining is ready for implantation of a fertilized follicle. This is the best sign that release of follicle has most likely taken place in the last 12-24 hours. But not that it positively has. For ovulation can take place anywhere during your complete cycle......even during menstruation.
Due to residual hormons possible still in your body from the IUD, you could have just now ovulated or two weeks prior. Get to know your body without the IUD, two months is not enough time to calculate your cycle's normal yet.

The only way for you to know if you are ovulating is to take your basal body temp each morn, same time and before you get up. You should see a pattern in temps that leads up to and after ovulation. You can get the basal thermometer at Wal-Mart for about 8 dollars. I use a wonderful FREE website called Fertilityfriend.com...it graphs your temps for you, keeps track of your fertility signs, tells you when you ovulate and also tells you if there is an implantation dip in your temps. You can also use Ovulation prediction kits, but they only measure your LH surge and give you a ball park time for ovulation...they do not pin point it. Oh, and it is possible to be ovulating while you do not have your period, just like it is possible to have a period and not ovulate.

Since your cycles are messed up right now, try using ovulation predictors to kind of help you predict when your going to ovulate. Also since you had your IUD in for that long its going to take time for your body to adjust to having it removed. If your period doesnt regulate itself in lets say six months maybe you should check with your gyno. and see what they say.

SOMETIMES IT TAKES A WHILE FOR YOUR BODY TO GET REGULATED.
