Many possibilities:
1. Your newtork connection is poor (bandwidth is low) and the server you are trying to connect to is maxed out on available connections. It might see your connection as 'timing out' due to delays in communication, and someone else is immediately jumping on into your place as soon as you are dropped from the socket connection.
2. Something could be wrong with your computer or home network

Sometimes this happens to me so you need to allow pop ups for some sites just go to pop-ups & check allow for this site. Or go to inernet explorer & delete all those stale cookies, files & history.
