Not really. An orgasm is a burst of intense pleasure caused by the brain's cerebral cortex and specifically the hypothalamus.
Actually men should have better orgasms as we have a one track mind!

We will never know (practically impossible to measure, and besides no-one can have both a male orgasm and a female orgasm...).
Nevertheless, I find it biologically reasonable that women should enjoy sexual intercourse more than men, because women must have a bigger source of attraction to have sex, since the consequences (pregnancy, etc.) are much bigger for them - strictly biologically speaking, a men has less negative consequences for sex (negative BIOLOGICALLY, such as lost of food in-favour of the new born, etc.) than a woman, and has the same positive one - the continuity of his genes.

I don't think so. One thing though is that many women can have multiple orgasms, but most men can't.
