I own a company that is currently working on a "low cost" retinal scanning product. It categorizes people and will be able to ID sexual offenders, criminals, and illegal aliens. I hope it reduces crime in this country while improving national security. I have been told our product will be unfair. The police I have talked to don't think so...what do you think?

Unfair how? It is a means of identifying someone. How is that unfair? Is fingerprinting or DNA unfair? It would be extremely difficult if not impossible to duplicate someones retinal scan. I think its a fantastic idea.

Fair as having fingerprints. Banks and credit card companies are interested.

If you hate your freedom as does GW, and you have not been convicted of a crime, then go for it. I however would rather live free.
