Was it really difficult to believe that Bush needed the Genena Converntion defined to him?

It's like, a Jew, an Arib and Bush walk into a bar. The bartender askes them, "What are you having?" The Jew says, "a bad time." The Arib says, "Me too." Bush says, "Can you repeat the question, please?"

President Bush is smart enough to fight terrorism, something Clinton didn't do.
