it's Patchouli - I love it. I still have a bottle of Crabtree and Evelyn's cologne, and one bar of the soap. It was discontinued about 4 years ago, but I found it on sale at Washington DC airport and bought all I could stuff in my hand luggage!
You can still buy it on ebay, but stocks are dwindling. You can buy the oil in aromatherapy shops, and other companies do versions of patchouli, but in my opinion Crabtree and Evelyn is the best.
