I'm 5'6 male and have a 28 waist. I need to buy some dress pants but the only available size anywhere is 30 waist. There are a few pants with small waist, but they are at high end stores which I can't afford.

I have a son who is 6'2 and he has the same problem. I have gone ahead and bought the smallest waist possible but I either have them altered or he will wear a belt. The other thing that he does is he will wear his pants right on the hip. I found some nice dress pants that hang well and you can throw into the wash @ of all places Walmart. The designer is GEORGE, which i found out after viewing an issue of vogue is a highend designer that is doing a less expensive line @ Walmart. I also bought some nice clothing @ Express for men, however our store went out of business but maybe you have something similar where you live.
If you buy a pair of pants or jacket too big it is no problem to have stuff altered to fit you.

I easily have an same body form as you do, and it really is distinctly difficult to stumble on installation outfits. i'm getting a number of my jeans on sale at Hollister. I actually were given jeans from always 21 and PacSun (there have been 00 and 0 there in lengthy sizes). For tops, everywhere is okay, only get a small or xsmall.

Try finding a low cost seamstress to alter your purchases, check out second hand clothing places. maybe try a teen male clothing department like at Jc Penney's or such. good luck!

You might check out ebay, Goodwill, or I know I have seen them at Walmart because my oldest son has bought them there
