The laws in the Bible are clear "Man shall not lay with a man as with a woman, it is an abomination." Leviticus 18:22 , 2 Timothy 3:16"All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness."

Nowhere does it say gay people can't get married. Jesus said nothing about gay people. Paul did, but he's not the son of God, is he? And even he didn't say gay people can't get married.
And those guys tried to rape 2 angels because they wanted to humiliate them, because they're so evil that's what they do to people that aren't like them. Not because they were gay, but they were evil *********.

The Bible tells us homosexuality is a sexual immorality. It blatantly states: "Man shall not lay with a man as with a woman, it is an abomination." Leviticus 18:22 I could quote many other scriptures, but that wouldn't change peoples' personal beliefs. I don't agree with homosexuality, but I respect the people who chose it for themselves. I would not say it is a sin to to know gay people and hang out with them, because we're always around sinners whether they are gay or not. Don't agree with their beliefs, but respect their opinion.

I have always thought its a fantastic idea!.People seem to have got confused with the whole procreation thing, but that is not what marriage is about. Marriage is about love and commitment, pure and simple. As long as mankind is fixated with gender then it will find the road to my house hard to walk. The soul is genderless, so heed you the word of they God. God loves ALL mankind!

If you take all your advice from God, you are in for some real surprises. The BIBLE has a problem with homosexuals, well actually, the people who wrote it did. God never says anything one way or the other.

I fail to understand what religion has to do with legal recognition of a marriage contract. That's what a marriage license is. Churches do marry us. Those that don't want to do so can continue to not marry us.
PS - I think God would be very disappointed with those who say such a prejudicial thing as the saying you gave in your question.

gay marriage is a very good thing. and as for "God" or higher being, i think they don't mind.
and what's this you hear about gays trying to rape an angel that took form of a man? this is a fallacy anyway.

No. And He was quite vocal about it. Not only did He consider homosexuality bad, he called it an abomination. That aside, each one of us will have to stand before Him on judgement day and answer for our actions, thought, and deeds. I think it is only fair to treat everyone with respect and dignity and let Him do His job.

He does support it. He put gay people on earth to show everyone how to have great taste, style, elegance, artistry...and the list could go on and on.
