It is unfair because peoples incomes should not be taxed. Many call this the slave tax. And it's unfair because it wasn't properly ratified. 5 Supreme courts shot down the idea, Until it was imposed on us through some very crafty people. It was done on Dec 22 after midnight when most of congress was gone for the Holiday. 103 congressional seats where empty when this sham was pulled on the American people.

We have all sorts taxes called licences, even though the name is changed they are still taxes, we have taxes called permits. Or just called "fees" of every kind They also are a tax.

Levy's of Insurance, Tax your income. (car, home, flood, ect) We have taxes on property that are unfair. Nobody owns their home anymore. If you don't believe me, try not paying your taxes and see what happens.

We have sales taxes, school taxes, utility taxes, cigerate taxes, alcohal taxes, gas taxes, hidden food taxes, federal long distance taxes, state taxes, city taxes, estate taxs, inheritence taxes, and more. And before all these other taxes, they tax our incomes. If we could keep our incomes they would help us pay all these other taxes

then we could put it into the communitys we live in. And there would be good flow of money. But the reality is this isn't happening. So communitys don't prosper as they could as our wealth gets taken from us and redistrubited

But the reality is the government is taking our houses and lands and throwing good citizens in jail as lot of people can't pay. Its been said if things go on at this rate, within 17 years the goverment will own most our lands.

the say filing your tax forms are volentary. But if you don't do it, they put a gun to your head and throw you in Jail! How is that volentary.

Most of the money the IRS collects doesn't go to pay government expenses. It goes to interest on the national debt. Now in my mind this is not prosperity.

What needs to happen is, the national debt needs to be suspended. And perhaps the individual estates of the founders of the reserve and IRS need to be investigated and taxed. As, when it was established these 7 familys who created the Federal reserve combined, enjoyed better then 10 percent of the worlds wealth at the time. I'm betting none of these estates have payed any taxes at all. As, they have all there money hidden in entities which today they are denying the general public as tax sheltors, but they themselves are grandfathered in.

Abuses by the powers that be.

I think there should be a flat tax for everyone, set at the same rate no matter how much money you have. There would be no more tax refunds. If we did this a s country, the national debt could be paid off fairly quickly

In my opinion, too great a burden falls on the middle class. Low earners pay little or nothing, and that's OK.

I think the marginal tax rate on the highest earners (say, over $200,000 family) should be much higher than it is now. I'm speaking of federal income tax in the USA.

It favors the wealthy through loop-hole deductions, tax free laws on some of their huge investments, etc. The average guy has to scrape to get deductions. That's one of the reasons why I favor a set tax percentage on everyone's income.

Giving huge tax breaks to the wealthy, assuming they will reinvest in the overall economy. Also called "trickle down economics", but also has also been named, "voodoo economics"!

The government needs to give account for and provide documentation regarding their use of Americans' tax money. Case in point... Here's what the government has been secretly doing with your tax money!...
