If he retires, then I bet he will try to come to the Cubs. As for him being a pitching coach, some people can play good, but arent meant to be coaches. Im not saying Maddux is a bad coach at all, but im saying theres a possiblilty that he may not be interested in coaching or just not very succesful at it. I mean, does Nolan Ryan coach?

He should be. If he goes back to chicago he will not have any chance of winning any games. He needs to be with a team that can give him some run support. THINK BLUE

i don't think so he might go back to the Cubs...it just depends if wants to stay close to his home town of Las Vegas or not,,or he might become a pitching coach.which is a great possibility..he WILL be an awesome one at that
