I bought 2 cars from this dealer and paid them both off. The first one was paid off over a year a ago and he said he mailed it to the wrong address and the recent one he claims he has to get it from his bookkeeper. The the first car was recently impounded and when we got the paper work in the mail, the legal owner was the carlot. WHERE CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT please help me. Im afraid he will try to take the cars from me

Where can I file a complaint..
My boss paid for the truck with one check. Then I repaid my boss. I soon quit that job and that is where he said he sent the pink slip. I just started talking to my old boss again and he was never sent a pink slip
All I want to know is how to get his dealership lisence revoked or where do I file a complaint Please

You can file at the DMV for a "lost title". Send a letter to the Dealership (signature confirmation) that you want the pinkslip.
If nthey do not respond. You can go back to the DMV and they will issue a new title.
This happened to me, when I found out the car i bought had actually been stolen.I had called the original owners and they said it was OK that I bought the car. But they refused to give up the title.
That is how I got my title.
If that doesn't work, get a lawyer.

Collect your proofs of payment and sue him in Small Claims Court. The amount sued for doesn't matter -- you want clear title to the cars.

Also file complaints against him for unfair dealing, fraudulent practices, violation of his status as a dealer and anything you can think of. To the extent that the government does your work for you, you have saved money.
