I just got into a accident the other day on my 1993 Honda Nighthawk 750. I have decided that this is the perfect time to rebuild it from the ground up. (The frame is not damaged)
My father had sold me a rolling chassis of a Intruder 750. I know the two bikes are A LOT different. I just wanted to know if anyone knows of this being done before? I am going to take the parts off the Intruder and use them on the nighthawk. (Such as the rear fender, the front fender, the forks, and the lights). The rest of the bike parts I need I'll buy from Ebay.

You can go to jpcycle.com or jirehcycle.com and buy fenders real cheap,This will give you a little more of a selectiion.Of course you can make anything fit with a little injunuity, but it's not always the best idea to settle with what you have..Be creative when you start building and chances are you will be happier when you are done.Good Luck.
