Crivens! Make some "missing" posters and stick them around town. Check the bus stop, you might find your fish queued up with a red spotty hankerchief tied to a stick. Interigate the dog that may have framed the cat. Withhold all the passports of all the other fish in the tank. Then finally, run around the living room with waving your arms in the air while shouting "ARRGGGGGGGGH" at the top of your voice.

Have you got a cat? If you have then your cat probably eat the Fish. Or alternatively look all around your Fish Tank and see if you can find the missing Fish. If they are still alive put them in fresh water in a bowl on their own and see if they pick up.

You cant do anything really when Fish go missing apart from looking for them. Have you got any little siblings who might of caught the Fish and put them somewhere?

Buy a lid and put it on the Fish Tank and this will stop any animal from getting into the tank and scaring the Fish.

I too had the same problem. I bought my daughter 4 minoes, 1 black angel fish and 1 silver coloured angel fish (or goldfish). We lost one minoe the first night after bringing them home, no sign anywhere, I checked the whole tank out. Two nights later 2 more minoes died, although both still laid in the tank, which I removed. Next day, lost the black fish. Now we have one, and it's thriving. My opinion, the surviving fish killed the others, since they all came from the same tank in the shop when bought, seems this fish is possibly territorial. Unless anybody knows different?

A "Nemo fish" is a saltwater fish, they gained't stay long in any respect in a a million.5g freshwater mermaid tank, they desire a minimum of a 20g with the full smack. Angelfish get 10" intense, they desire a cycled and common eniviroment and a healthful weight loss application, they'd desire to not be stored in something under a 10g, yet a 10g remains too small, a 20g+ would be needed sooner or later. Cycle the tank, you will would desire to tell your daughter what got here approximately and attempt to make her sense extra desirable, say you will get a clean one quickly. Bettas do in comparison to filters and that i'm somewhat particular they do in comparison to Mermaid ( LOL ). To cycle the tank upload 2 pinchs of food 2 cases an afternoon, examine the ammonia stages daily, It takes an exceptionally long term to describe and that i've got already defined it to love 12 human beings in the final 24 hrs. only seek, a thank you to fish-much less cycle an aquarium. you like a stronger tank besides, a a million.5g is a ways too small even for a Betta, a Betta would desire to have a minimum of a 3g tank, what you spot on the shop ( 20 oscars in a 10g, 2 hundred guppies in a 10g and so on ) should not be mimicked, each and every inch of fish would desire to have 1g of water to itself, so a Betta would desire to have a minimum of a 3g. Is the tank heated? Bettas desire a heated enviroment, the temperature would desire to be stored at seventy 8-81F stable luck!

either one of your other fish ate the missing fish, or you might check on the areas surrounding your tank and see if he jumped out. I had that happen once, and we found a sad little shriveled carcass on the counter behind the aquarium. Also, do you have a cat or dog? I've caught my cats "fishing" and had fish missing, and dogs will accidently "drink" a fish.

Check your filter stystem, most filter systems are quite strong and can suck small fish or dead fish in. Otherwise I would suggest reading up on the tipes of fish you have in your tank. Make sure that the tipes of fish are community friendly to each other, otherwise you might have a problem. Some tipes of fish don't need to be hungry to attack other fish, they only need to be a bit irritated.

If your talking about small fish and you have fish a lot bigger then them then they were eaten. There's nothing you can do but get bigger fish next time so they wont be eaten. If you left the top of your tank open they could also have jumped out.

Other fish may be eating them. Do you have a Japanese Fighter in the tank cos it's a well known fact they eat other fish.

it looks like you have a cannibal in your tank power of illumination as he'll be the last one left in the tank. probably the biggest and never hungry when you feed them. if you spot him eating a buddy take him out of the tank and put on his own. but they do eat sick or dying fish sometimes anyway so you may be lucky and have no more fish ending up as sushi. lol

Put a lid on the tank to stop your cat fishing.
