Scientifically proven, everything in our universe is in the state of flux and change. Every human emotion such as love, every tree every rock or element is constantly becoming older. You and all your emotions are BECOMMING older every second and therefore CHANGING!
There is only one Supreme being who claims to be immutable (unchangeable) and He if you believe in the Bible, or have one look up the last book of the old testament (Malachi) chapter 3 verse 6: "For I am the Lord. I do not change".

Change is a human construct, like space and time. It is possible that nothing ever changes except in its human beholding.
I can only learn and be conscious by sequencing the data my senses take in within space and time constructs. So theorietically, the change I see is created in my own mind.
To answer your question, "everything and nothing."

the determination of mankind.
absolutely nothing in nature NEVER changes, and we don't know enough about the universe to imply anything, but the one thing that remains the same is that we'll never stop trying to figure it all out. whether it's determination to gain power, to gain knowledge, to fulfill ourselves, or what have you, it'll never change...

moment never changes within itself...moment appear and disappear unchangeable, leaving place for next moment to come , unchangeable moments goes by sequence ...all together represents changes but in essence it unchangeable...
