Unless you are a technician, you probably can't.
take it to a certified repair facility.

Repair an xbox. Inside a laser yes the same as what reads the discs in you computer wares out. Or is damaged from someone putting there fingers on the laser glass lens. If this is the case and your xbox is out of warranty. It costs more to replace the laser then to buy a new or second hand xbox.
