About 1 hour, if you subtract huddles and ect. I would guess around 44 minutes

60 minutes. Each quarter is 15 minutes long. If there were no stoppages in a game (timeouts, commercial breaks, penalties, huddles, etc), then a game would only be 60 minutes. But to answer your question, the actual playing time in a game is 60 minutes.
