(if you are highly experienced in frontpage)
I have microsoft frontpage 2003
I have constructed my web pages and established it on the internet
if I want to make some minor adjustments, do I have to publish my work again after I made them?
or will it automatically show on the site?

You have to republish. It's actually quite easy to forget, especially if your pages use frames and you have to make the same updates on multiple pages. If you don't save until right before you publish, it's easier to remember to do both.

Just editing the pages on your computer won't change anything, unless you've established your computer as the web server (which I don't think you have). To make a visible change, you have to re-upload the files.

No, you have to publish them, although it should only upload the changed pages.
