It doesnt matter if morally wrong or not, but non payment of court ordered child support is illegal and can be punished by the courts. Child support itself doesnt always agree its going to the right parent for even the right reason, but the court appointed the custodial parent as being the best (usually the mother) in the interest of the children. Not allparties agree that this is the right choice but it is the option of the judge and is binding as is child support. Now child support and custody are two things that can be modified in a court of law after the final divorce decree so you have an option if needbe

Hey. Get a job and start paying support for your kids like the rest of us. I don't care if you think your the greatest parent in the world because you are not. Great parents pay support and have a great relationship the children.

Criminal non-support charges come from the state. I see morally wrong two able bodied parents not financially supporting their children and expecting the rest of society to do it. Get a job, please.
