usually there's a number on the machine to call in case your money is gobbled up and you are left thirsty

I always record with my cell phone the moment I use the machine and if I don't get the Pepsi I email them the video and give them 24 hours to refund my money or the video will be on YouTube and they are so scared of YouTube they sometimes give me my money back and a few free Pepsis.
You can buy a Digital Camera for less than $49.00 USD and protect yourself and the rest of us from Corporations.

Go to the front desk of the place that owns the pepsi machine. They should refund you. But since they won't refund you don't buy a pepsi fomr them ever again. Also you might want to post a sign telling people that the machine eats money.lol
