only once....and that was because it was true....you can love a person and care about them alot...but not be in love....

I think I've said it once, you can love someone, but being in love is quite different. And if you are no longer in love, it's time to say goodbye but it doesnt mean you stop loving that person.

NEVER- but if someone said it to you- dump them
tell them you are not the convenience store

i have always said i love you to my near and dear ones.. But never im not in love with you,the phrase doesnt make sense!
