The internet archives. You can download all sorts of public domain goodies.
There's a page of live concerts, though most of the bands are pretty obscure there are some real gems in there.
You can also get full-length movies, mainly old ones (it is public domain after all), but the original DOA is on there as well as Night of the Living Dead, and Fritz Lang's M, plus tons of movies that are just so terrible they're hilarious.
And there's also the Prelinger Archives which houses tons of public service announcements like Duck and Cover, and Ghost Rider which were shown to school children in the fifties and sixties, and are absurd on so many levels.
