You're right, unfortunately, you're gonna get alot of stupid answers from stupid people. So, me being a mom, would care if my kid told me they're stomach ached from over eating at dinner. Believe it or not,.........a short walk around the yard and a cup of coffee helps. Sounds weird I know, but,.... for one : You're burning a few calories and not sitting making your abdomin "cramped up". And coffee is a stimulant. Ever notice, people usually have coffee after a big dinner. ??? Thats right. Thats why. GOOD LUCK hun !!

Well, I've only eaten too much about a hundred times, and laying down is the best way I have found to wait until the pain eases up.

Digestive enzymes help and these days are more important than ever! Also drinking a cup of green tea after the meal, or ginger tea.

Try throwing up a bit to make room...just don't get into the habit. (I mean if it's really THAT bad...it can't hurt one time.)
