The Erbil Citadel is more than 8000 years old and is the oldest building in the entire world still standing. The oldest pyramid, the Step Pyramid at Saqqara, was constructed more than 5,000 years later.

We don't really know for sure, because we don't exactly know how old the pyramids are, and there are some structures underwater that haven't been explored very thoroughly yet.
