First of all, so many of us have done that when we were kids and it was fun! The fear that someone might catch you...the problem is when it happens repeatedly...so then you have to watch...do they do it a specific time? On their way to school? When they come back? On weekends? Afternoon when going to play with other children? If you try to figure this out, then you can find the responsible naughty children...and then, threaten them! hehehe
