Off the track, I once was clocked at doing 146 on Hwy 290, east of Austin, TX. That was an $847.50 fine, not counting the trip and 6 hour stay in jail and a $55 tow. Wasn't worth it in the end

95 mph (that's the fastest the ambulance goes). Keep in mind, that this is in a big as* ambulance, with lights and sirens, down a narrow country road (and often in the wrong lane!). Scared the sh*t out of me, that's for sure. I thought we'd wreck before we even got to the scene!
In a personal car, 110 mph (in my younger and more reckless days).
